What we collect
When you register for a StoryDarpan webinar, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, email address, your child's age band, the challenge you share with us, and optionally your city. We also record the consent choices you make and basic campaign attribution (such as UTM parameters) so we know how you found us.
How we use it
We use your details only to run the webinar: sending your join link, reminders, and follow-up materials, answering your questions, and improving future sessions. If you opt in to reminders, we contact you on WhatsApp and/or email around the session.
What we never do
We never sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your child's information for profiling. Analytics on this page run only when a measurement ID is configured, and they measure page actions — not your child.
Your choices
You can ask us to view, correct, or delete your registration details at any time by emailing info@storydarpan.com or messaging us on WhatsApp. Reminder messages stop when the webinar cycle ends or when you ask us to stop, whichever comes first.
Data security
Registration data is stored in our secured cloud database. Public visitors cannot read registration data; only authorised StoryDarpan administrators can access it, and every access path is authenticated.
